Aliens Love Underpants - Claire Freedman & Ben Cort
Aliens Love Underpants is one of our firm favourites that we read in our Space topic. We have been learning a lot of facts and non-fiction information so this week we are going to have a bit of alien fun. This book has rhymes and colourful pictures which really make us laugh. It is a fantastic book.
Literacy: Have a listen to the story using the link. Can you spot the rhyming words? Which words rhyme with grass and size? You can make a story map (draw out the story) when you have listened a few times. What kind of underpants did you spot? Can you design your own pants and write out some adjectives. You could also describe an alien. What does it look like? Can you write a sentence or some adjectives?

Maths: A review week for odd and even numbers, doubling to 5 and finding half of a whole objects and of even numbers to ten.
