Alphabet Yoga: How many letters can you make with your body?

All you need for the Alphabet Yoga challenge is a small space, your body and your imagination!

  • Can you hold your body in a pose to look like each CAPITAL letter of the alphabet?
  • Start with A and then B, C, D and so on. Try and hold each shape for 5 seconds before going onto the next letter.
  • Can you complete the alphabet?

INCREASE THE DIFFICULTY

  • Can you transition smoothly between each letter shape?
Spending time safely outdoors is a good way to help the mind unwind. Take a look at these outdoor learning activities and see if any of them take your fancy!

Learning at home can be hard work for both the children and adults. Don't be afraid to take regular breaks. An unhappy brain is not going to learn. Why not try these colouring activities as a bit of down time. They are great for both children and adults.
