Week 1
Magical Minibeasts
This is one of our favourite topics in which we learn all about the tiny creatures that make a difference in our lives in various ways. We will begin our week by finding out what we already know and then reading that classic story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. 
Phonics: We will start Phase 4 by looking at short vowel words in CVCC words and with new tricky words: said, so, have, like.
Literacy: We begin by finding out what we know about minibeasts and read the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
Maths: This week we recognise numbers to 20 as well as counting patterns beyond 10.
Topic: We look at Eid which is coming up over the weekend.
