Good afternoon year 2. I hope you all had a lovely weekend.
This week is National Storytelling Week so I thought I would base this weeks activities around that. Today we are looking at story settings. I would like you to choose one of the story settings attached and describe it with at least 3 sentences.
- Use the 'key words' to help you describe what you can see as well as what you might hear, feel or smell if you were there.
- Use the 'sentence openers' word mat to help start or join your sentences.
- Try to include some conjunctions e.g. because, and, so, but.
- Remember to make sure your sentences include the following things.
