Today's live lesson will be focusing on comparing and ordering numbers. We will be exploring the greater than and less than signs. Take a look at the Power Point below to learn all about these:

Chilli Challenges

Cool Challenge:

Make yourself a set of number cards up to 20. Turn them all over so that you cannot see the numbers. Choose two of them and lay them out next to each other. Decide which sign (greater than or less than) needs to go in the middle. For example, if you choose 17 and 6 you would need to write: 17 >  6. Do these for as many numbers as you can. 

Mild Challenge:

Have a go at doing the same as above, but this time with numbers up to 100.
