We have come to the end of our Topic curriculum for the year. We are very proud of you Year Two for all the fantastic learning you have done.
For the last weeks of term we would like you to look back over what we have learnt.
Can you make an information booklet about any of the topics we have looked at this year?
We have looked at Pirates, The Great Fire of London, Land Ahoy where we found out about the life of Grace Darling, in Nature Detectives we researched the life of David Attenborough and finally we looked at different types of maps and created our own maps. Some of you even went on to use a compass to find North, South, East and West.
We also learnt about the four countries and capital cities of the United Kingdom, the world’s five oceans and the world’s seven continents. Can you remember our song to recall the seven continents? Why not take the challenge of locating a country on a world map and produce a fact file about it?
