Week 1
Our new Topic this term is celebrations and although we haven't been celebrating in the way we normally do due to the pesky pandemic, we will still be learning about the important celebrations in our lives and in other cultures.
We are beginning with Bonfire Night and have explored some lovely activities making firework pictures with paint and glitter as well as making a soundscape of firework sounds in our literacy lesson. We have now begun our phonics sessions in earnest and we are practising writing too.
We have been having so much fun this week despite the gloomy weather!
